Postage Costs & Return/Exchange Policy
All order prices are as stated in the gallery, and are per each item ordered. Each order is a private sale. I can also create a custom items. Feel free to email me, and tell me what you have in mind. I will gladly respond and tell you what I can, and cannot do, and, quote you a price. In the past, I have added all kinds of nicknames and personalised quotes to the sleeves of shirts and onto mugs and plates... so don't hesitate to ask!
Please do not place an order or tell me that you are sending in a payment if you are not planning to do so, or, cannot afford it. This only wastes my time, and yours.

IMPORTANT: Please read!

I would like to note that each Order is unique, made with love and a little sprinkle of Pixie Dust. This means the actual design of the shirt, glass, mug or plate that you have chosen may vary slightly from the example in the gallery. It all depends on what supplies are available at that time. If I have to make a major change to anything, due to unavailable supplies, I will let you know.

Please Be Sure You Send It!
If you are placing an order - PLEASE be sure to include your FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER, and the EXACT ADDRESS where you would like your items shipped to - in your paypal order OR email if paying by cheque. If you do not include these details in your email order, I cannot be responsible for orders that may be shipped later than promised, even after payment is received. I ask for a home telephone number just incase something should go wrong (you do not reply to email, your email bounces, etc). Any and ALL information you provide me with is strictly confidential, it is not sold, ever. It is only given out if we are forced to make an attempt to get your information so that we can send you an order.

Types of Payment Accepted:
- PayPal: This is my preferred method of payment. I don’t charge extra for Paypal payments Please feel feel to use the buy it now buttons at the bottom on the item pages. For Custom orders a paypal button can be sent by email once your order has been agreed and confirmed.
- Personal Cheques: If you pay by personal cheque, this will delay shipping time, as I will need to wait till the cheque clears. No exceptions. You will need to email me to confirm the order and my postal address- then please remember to include your details (name, postal address, item, design, and size, plus any requests for personalisation) with cheque purchases.

About Payment:
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is not an option.
- If I am creating a custom order, you will need to send the money to me before I create it, as I will be unable to resell personalised items.

How long does delivery take?:
- Once I have received the money, I will begin making the order and unless it is a busy time for me I usually have them done within 10-14 days. If I am pressed with orders, I will inform you of this. If you require you order sooner, please email as this may be possible.
- If I have items pre-made, and you have chosen to order one of them, they will be on their way to your home as soon as I receive payment!

UK Shipping and Handling Costs:
All prices listed for my shirts & gifts include shipping and handling to UK . I will use First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for each item, because their rates are the most reasonable. For larger orders, particulary those with ceramic items, it is sometimes better to send by Standard Parcels with extra insurance or by Special Delivery (Next Day). It is important that you keep in mind that the delivery this way can take up to 7 days to arrive and will require a signature upon delivery.
Insurance – The parcels are covered by Royal Mails Recorded Special Next Day Delivery Service. The cost for this is figured into the shipping. I cannot be held responsible for items that have got lost in the post, but I will do all that is possible to help you trace the lost item.

Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we have a very strict return and exchange policy due to the nature of the hand-made, artisticmerchandise we sell. Please be sure you read and understand our policy before you place an order:

CUSTOMISED ITEMS: Items are sold as decribed on the webpage, with your details added as per your customisation. Customised items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure you ask all questions, and ensure the correct details have been provided prior to placing your order, as customised items cannot be return due to a change of mind or because you have ordered the wrong size.


DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item shows up damaged from shipping, you will have to notify us within 3 days of it's arrival. Because we insure our packages, we can track them and find out when they arrive to a location. We do count 3 days from that arrival date. This way, we can deal with the Post Office quickly, and collect on the insurance to handle the loss of the item. If you do not contact us within 3 days of the arrival of your merchandise, we are no longer responsible for the item. So, if an item arrived damaged, please notify us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Also, it is very obvious when a T-Shirt has been worn. There is a difference between shipping damage, and wear damage. You will be expected to ship the item back to us so that we can inspect the damage. If it is decided that the damage occurred from wear and tear, we will ship them back to you. If it is decided that the damage occurred from shipping, we will deal with the situation accordingly, and you will receive a replacement item as soon as the insurance clears, or sooner if by negiotiation. We assure you that we will be as fair as we possibly can be in such situations.

If you should, for some reason, not receive your package within 2-4 weeks, please notify us promptly so that we may begin to have the package tracked. Please remember that because we insure and track all our packages, we will know if you are falsely reporting a package missing.
